Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
Salty Reefs LLC - Live Arrival Guarantee
We stand behind the health of every coral we ship. If your coral arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will make it right with store credit equal to the purchase price of the coral.
DOA Requirements
To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you must:
- Report the DOA within 2 hours of the package being marked "Delivered."
- Provide clear photos or video of the coral in the sealed bag.
- Provide a photo of the shipping label.

What's Covered
- Coral that arrives dead in the sealed bag
- Coral severely damaged due to shipping stress
- Incorrect coral sent by mistake
Not Covered
- Coral that dies after being placed in your tank
- Improper acclimation
- Missed deliveries
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related issues
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Resolution
Approved DOA claims receive store credit for the coral's purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
