By purchasing live coral from Salty Reefs LLC, you agree to the following:
No Returns
Live coral cannot be returned.
No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. DOA claims receive store credit only.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Proper acclimation
- Stable water parameters
- Correct lighting and flow
We cannot guarantee coral survival after delivery.
Color Variation
Coral colors may vary due to lighting differences.
Order Cancellation
Livestock orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Right to Refuse Shipment
We may cancel or delay orders due to weather or stock issues. If canceled before shipping, you receive a full refund.
