Dry goods and coral orders may ship separately depending on fulfillment requirements.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates for dry goods are calculated at checkout based on carrier, weight, and destination.

Dry goods orders qualify for free standard shipping when the cart total reaches $199. Orders below this threshold will display the applicable shipping rate during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, or regional delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded until the package is returned to sender.

Once a package is marked "Delivered," Salty Reefs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
